The district's Region III Transition Program focuses on functional life skills development for young adults. Teacher Emily Mann oversees the program and paraprofessional Vicki Wondergem assists. Students participate in a variety of community-based instruction lessons on a regular basis.
 
Students must be at least 18 years old and meet established criteria. Application must be made annually and is by referral only.
 
The program is located at 3843 Prairie SW in Grandville.
