Transition Program

The Region III Transition Program helps young adults develop functional life skills that support greater independence at home, in the workplace and throughout the community. Students participate in regular community-based instruction, allowing them to apply skills in authentic, everyday settings.

 

Teacher Emily Mann oversees the program with paraprofessional support. Students must be at least 18 years old and meet established eligibility criteria. Participation is by referral only, and applications are submitted annually.

The program is located on our administrative campus at 3843 Prairie SW in Grandville.
