ASD Program
Grandville operates one half of Region III Programs for Autism in Kent County. The districts that are included in the Grandville Regional program are Byron Center, Godfrey-Lee, Godwin, Kelloggsville and Wyoming. The other half of Region III’s programs are housed at Godwin Public Schools with five classrooms serving students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Our regional program supports students starting in kindergarten and continues until the 12th grade year. A student is referred to our program through the IEP process and is designed to support students who are significantly impacted by autism.
Grandville Regional Autism Program includes :
Three elementary level classrooms
One middle school classroom
Two high school classrooms

Each classroom has a teacher and two paraprofessionals to help support students. Our classrooms can have up to eight students in them.
