How We Support Students
Grandville Public Schools provides a continuum of special education programs and services designed to support students with disabilities in accessing and benefiting from their educational experience. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with students, families and staff to identify needs, conduct evaluations and provide appropriate supports and services. Parents who have concerns about their child's development or educational progress are encouraged to contact their school or the Student Services Department to discuss available supports and the evaluation process. Grandville Public Schools is committed to providing services in accordance with applicable state and federal special education laws and regulations.
Partnering with Families
Families are an important part of every student's educational journey. Grandville Public Schools values collaboration with parents and guardians throughout the special education process. By working together, we can better understand each student's strengths, needs and goals while providing the support necessary for success at school and beyond. We encourage families to ask questions, share insights and partner with us as we support each student's growth and learning.
