With schools and theaters closed because of the pandemic, choir director Rachel Niewiada had to get creative and find a way to showcase the annual spring musical production for Grandville Middle School families. It was a major undertaking, but her theatre class students performed their parts in Alice in Wonderland individually from home. Each week during quarantine, they each submitted a video or two singing their parts. Mrs. Niewiada learned some new editing skills and was able to virtually assemble them all in this series of eight short videos, each from 1 to 4 minutes long.

Friday Night Lights
We told the Class of 2020 to come see Bulldog Stadium lit up in their honor on Friday night at 20:20 (8:20 pm). What they didn't know is that current and retired K-12 staff would be lining the Grandville High School campus, clapping and cheering and celebrating them on their last day of high school.
