At the Feb. 24 high school VEX state finals at Michigan State University, one out of five teams were Grandville teams! Seventy-two teams from across the state qualified for the competition, and 15 of the teams were RoboDawgs (shown below). Our teams are small but mighty. Small teams mean that students get to experience more hands-on time with robots and technology, which translates to deeper, more meaningful learning. <br> <br>
The RoboDawgs dominated at the state championship this year. Only 14 teams from the state tourney can advance to the world finals in Kentucky. Five Grandville teams immediately qualified for worlds based on their awards and results, but there is a possibility that two more Grandville teams may be invited after final driver and programming results come in from VEX, for a total of seven Grandville teams at worlds!
