Enroll in Treehouse Child Care - Summer Program

Welcome to Grandville’s 2020 Summer Treehouse enrollment page! This page has instructions to enroll in the district's 2020 Treehouse Summer Program.
The program cost is $190/week or $50/day.
Treehouse is closed through July 6 but will reopen on Tuesday, July 7. Our new hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Our initial enrollment process is different this year. Please read each step before you begin.
1. Create a RecPro account. (Skip to Step 2 if you already have an account.) RecPro is the website Grandville Public Schools uses for Treehouse tuition payments as well as registration for Community Education classes, sport camps, swim lessons, and more.
  • Fill in your name, address and contact information and create a password. Email and phone are our primary forms of communication, so please provide an email you check regularly and a daytime phone number in case we need to reach someone during Treehouse hours (6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.).
  • Click Family Members family members
  • Enter your child’s information. You can also enter your other children’s information for an additional summer classroom or future Community Ed classes, lessons or camps.
2. Once you've signed in to your RecPro account:
  • Click the REGISTER NOW tab near the top of the page
  • Treehouse Registration, Click +Summer 2020
3. Decide which grade(s) you’d like to enroll your child in. You’ll select the grade your child will have COMPLETED during the 2019-2020 school year. The summer program will be held at Century Park Learning Center (5710 Kenowa Ave SW). Below will be your choices:
S - YK - Summer Treehouse 2020
S- K - Summer Treehouse 2020
S - 1ST - Summer Treehouse 2020
S - 2ND - Summer Treehouse 2020
S - 3RD - Summer Treehouse 2020
S- 4TH - Summer Treehouse 2020
S- 5TH - Summer Treehouse 2020
S- 6TH - Summer Treehouse 2020
Within each class, you’ll be able to select the number of days (1 day - 4 day choices will be listed for specific days).
If the class is full, you will be asked if you’d like to be on a waiting list. If you choose to be on the waiting list, you do not have to pay the $95 fee at this time. Should we have an opening, we will contact you and the $95 fee will be required at that time to hold your child’s spot in the class.
4. Complete your registration.
  • Click the Register button next to the grade your child will complete in the 2019-20 school year  register with shopping cart icon
  • Select Participant (your school-aged child)
  • Add to Cart
  • Pay the $95 non-refundable enrollment fee (Payment will go toward the first week of tuition or the $30/$50 registration fee for families who are not currently enrolled with Treehouse.)
Registrations will be time stamped once the fee is paid. A receipt will be sent to the email address on your account.
Our Treehouse Director will be placing students in classes on a first come, first serve basis. Once your child is placed in a class, you will be required to submit the following documents to complete the registration process. A packet with these documents will be sent to you once your child has been placed in a class. State licensing rules will NOT allow your child in class without these documents:
a. Child Information Record with emergency and pick-up contact information
b. Tuition Contract
c. Consent & Release Form
d. Parent Handbook Form
e. Nutrition Policy
f. Playground Permission
g. Licensing Notebook/Information Packet Documentation
h. Immunization Parental Acknowledgment
i. Permission slip for field trips/water days
j. Sunscreen & Bug Spray Permission
k. Movie Permission
